INFORMATION ABOUT FUNDACIÓN LABORAL

Currently, the purpose of the Fundación Laboral is basically the management of services and social benefits for SEPI's workers, and the operating of the Residencia Los Peñascales (Torrelodones-Madrid). 'Campus Los Peñascales' is a Training and Convention Center which collaborates with the Companies and Institutions for the organization of its own courses and for third parties, as well as symposia, work meetings or for product presentation, all of it in an exclusive residential complex, equipped with modern technical outfits. It also has facilities for organizing outdoor training.

The companies and institutions can choose the length of the course, between one or more days, or opt for a course which includes lodging on the premises. In collaboration with the persons in charge in the companies, it is offered forfeit-training courses, which include all the needs required by all the customers.

The Campus has the capacity for organizing any kind of service (transport, conference recording, conference hostesses, leisure activities and shows, banquets, etc.). 'Campus Los Peñascales' Training and Convention Center also offers crash language courses with boarding included, and courses for companies, both in English and in Spanish. These courses are aimed both to companies and to professionals who require them on a particular basis.

The estate is located near Madrid, at 26 kilometers by the La Coruña motorway, and has a total surface of 73,000 square meters. At the very heart you can find the Palace, a building representative of the late nineteen century architecture which prevailed on the mountains near Madrid at the time, which has been turned into a modern and unique meeting center.

The Palace has nine rooms, each with a different structure and with capacity for up to 70 persons. All the rooms enjoy natural light and with sights to the spacious and well tended gardens. The rooms are equipped with the audiovisual and computing means which enable to offer professional courses and meetings. In the Lodge are the bedrooms (40 in all), the leisure rooms and the free parking lot.

ThCampus Los Peñascales has its own restaurant and kitchen, with capacity for over a hundred persons. Thanks to the specialization pursued by the Center in high level services it has been possible to obtain the loyalty of an important portfolio of customers.
