ENUSA takes part in the World Nuclear Exhibition 2016
The World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE) has convened in Paris Le Bourget the world community from the civil nuclear industry. The Espacio España, managed by ICEX within the framework of its internationalization plan and in collaboration with the Foro de la Industria Nuclear Española, has hosted, on a 136 m2 surface the Spanish companies and associations from the nuclear industry, which had the opportunity of displaying their technology, capabilities, services and products, besides of showing their role within the world nuclear development before around 10,000 international visitors.
The Spanish companies which attended the WNE, besides ENUSA Industrias Avanzadas, S.A., were the following: Amphos, Asturfeito S.A., Cluster de la Industria Nuclear de Cantabria, Empresarios Agrupados, Ensa, Gas Natural Fenosa Engineering, Gd Energy Services, Idom Ingeniera y Consultoria S.A.U.,Taim Weser S.A., Tecnatom, Virlab S.A., and Foro de la Industria Nuclear Española.
In its second series, the World Nuclear Exhibition was attended by 700 exhibitors, which dealt such issues as the long-term operation of nuclear power plants, the new projects, the technologies of the future, the fuel cycle, or nuclear training through different workshops, round tables, and professional meetings, all under the same leading theme: 'The Civil Nuclear Industry in the World Energy Mix'.
Last year, ENUSA exported to other European countries 62% of its production, being France the country to which it supplied more fuel items, for a total of 9 nuclear power plants.

ENUSA and Grupo SEPI
ENUSA belongs to Grupo SEPI, a corporate holding which includes a total of 16 state-owned companies in which it has direct, majority shareholding participations, with a workforce of around 73,000 professionals in 2014; the Spanish state-owned television and radio corporation, Corporación Radiotelevisión Española, which is attached to SEPI, and one public foundation. Equally, SEPI has direct minority shareholdings in a further ten companies, and indirect shareholdings in more than one hundred companies.
