Activity of the company in year 2009:
The Group has maintained a high commercial activity level, although this translated in only 7.3 Million Euros worth in contracts in 2009.
Of the new orders, which were won for the most part in African and in Far East and Middle East countries, approximately 71% correspond to the defense market.
The turnover reached 53.4 Million Euros, of which 80% come from the security area, and the remaining 20% from the defense area, while for geographical areas, almost 65% corresponds to contracts with African countries. The net income from this activity amounted to 6.3 Million Euros.
Although the order book at the end of 2009 reached 8.9 Million Euros, the current commercial activity lines and the contracts which are in their last negotiation stages make possible to forecast the maintenance of an activity level for 2010 similar to that recorded in 2009.
