The Season 2015 at the HIPÓDROMO DE LA ZARZUELA will begin on March 1st, and it will offer to the facilities’ aficionados and visitors a total of 183 horse races from spring to autumn. One of the most outstanding novelties for next year is the increase in the amount to be awarded in prizes, which will amount to a total of 2,990,100 € for the spring and the autumn, an amount 8.64% higher than in 2014.
NAVANTIA and the Australian Defense Materiel Organisation (DMO) have signed the contract for carrying out the Risk Reduction Design Study (RRDS) for the Australian Auxiliary Oil & Replenishment Vessel, the so-called SEA1654 program. The signing took place at the Garden Island naval base, and was attended by Admiral Purcell and by Mr. Patrick Fitzpatrick, both from the DMO, by NAVANTIA’s Commercial Director, Mr. Gonzalo Mateo-Guerrero, and by NAVANTIA Australia’s Director, Mr. Francisco Barón.
The Chairman of the state-owned industrial holding company Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI), Mr. Ramón Aguirre, appeared before the Committee on Budgets which met in the Lower House of the Spanish Parliament for informing it about the main features of SEPI’s budget for the financial year 2015. Aguirre stated that Grupo SEPI maintains its financial autonomy and reduces its indebtedness level.
