SEPI is a public-law entity whose activities are subject to private law. It constitutes the SEPI Group, made up by 21 companies and approximately 32,000 employees, it oversees two Fundations and has a direct minority participation in a further 8 companies.

The patented system represents a clear answer to soil decontamination, and prevents that these might en up in dumping sites, and makes possible the reuse of the soil. The system which has been patented by Emgrisa, company that belongs to ENUSA Group, is currently being used.

The consolidated result of the Group has recorded the loss of 105.96 Million Euros, against the 104.13 Million Euros profit recorded in the previous year. This difference is due to the worse results, both in the controlling companies and in some of the attached companies.
